How can the simulated enterprise method revolutionize students’ learning journey? In this Masterclass, we will start by presenting the specific case of a simulated enterprise implemented by Apro Formazione: L'Osteria dell'Accademia. A successful case of simulated enterprise that involved the entire organization, amplifying to the fullest the possibilities of the Work Based Learning philosophy at the base of VET providers. Starting from this success case, we will give guidelines, and provide methods, tools, and suggestions to successfully implement the simulated enterprise training method in all training sectors.
